Saeid Moghadam built the SoifGo application as a customizable Android tool designed for Bluetooth serial communication, MQTT IoT interaction, seekbar controls, programmable note command playback, and direct hardware command tools.

1. Information Collection and Use
SoifGo does not collect any personal information. The app is designed to run entirely on your device, with no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs that send data outside your phone.
You can use every feature of SoifGo — Bluetooth, sensors, MQTT, HTML/JS WebView — without ever creating an account or sharing any data with us.
2. Data Usage and Local Storage
SoifGo processes and saves user-created project files, custom button layouts, and configurations locally on your device. This includes:
- Page and folder configurations
- Button layouts and colors
- Notes, HTML files, and images you create or import
- App preferences (theme, language, sensor settings)
No personal identification information (such as your name, email, or address) is ever collected, stored, or transmitted to external servers.
3. Required Permissions and Features
📁 Storage
Used solely for saving and loading user-defined workspace configurations, themes, exported data files, and logs locally on the device.
📡 Bluetooth and Location
Used strictly to discover, pair, and communicate with nearby hardware modules and microcontrollers. On newer Android versions, Bluetooth Low Energy requires the Location permission to work — this is an Android system requirement, not a SoifGo choice. Location data is never read or stored by SoifGo.
🎤 Microphone
Used exclusively on-device and in real-time when you activate the Voice-to-Serial feature. Audio input is processed locally to convert spoken words into serial commands sent directly to your connected hardware.
💬 SMS (Short Message Service)
Used solely to allow you (the user) to send text commands directly from the app to external hardware devices such as SMS Controllers (or optionally to communicate with peers).
🌐 Internet (optional)
Used only if you choose to interact with custom user-configured external MQTT brokers or REST APIs. All network destinations are set by you.
4. Data Security
Since no personal data, audio recordings, or private messages are harvested or transmitted externally, there is no risk of personal data exposure.
All configurations and temporary processes remain entirely under your control on your device. Uninstalling SoifGo removes all app-related files.
5. Third-Party Links
The app and website may contain links to external sites or custom hardware documentation. These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party service you visit.
6. Children's Privacy
SoifGo does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect personal data at all, it is safe for users of any age.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes, which become effective immediately after being posted.
